"Changes" explores the process of art-making and how our lives and situations affect this process. There are times when you just can't put your paintbrush down and other times when it is a struggle to stay focused!
My art is inspired by many, many years of studying and photographing shapes, colors, patterns and designs - natural and manmade. This has helped develop an intuitive decision making process using a form of muscle memory.
My work is acrylic on wood panel with tiny additions of oil sticks, pencil, papers and photography from time to time.
The exhibit runs from January 9 through February 6 and can be seen during library open hours when the room is not in use.
