Kathleen Buckstaff, Belvedere resident and author of Get Savvy: Letters to a Teenage Girl about Sex and Love, will share tools from the second half of her book Get Savvy to help build self-love and positive neuroplasticity. She will discuss what it takes for teens and adults to cultivate a learning mindset towards love and how we build healthy emotional relationships in our lives.
 
This talk is appropriate for all high school students and above. Parents, educators and school counselors are encouraged to attend to add tools to their toolkit that foster kindness and joy in their families and communities.
