The workshop will address how to cope with expected and unexpected changes as we age. Sometimes, when these changes become overwhelming, they can lead to sadness or worries which affect our sleep, increase our fatigue and decrease our motivation to do the things that we used to enjoy. Through the new BOOST workshop, we will review some tools to manage these unwanted feelings and intrusive thoughts.
