This unique 50-minute documentary features interviews, archival photographs and rare film of the events which took place on the Tiburon Peninsula in the 1950s.

Some highlights: 

  • The story of the dramatic community effort that blocked a massive, 2,000-home development proposed for the tide-lots of Richardson Bay.
  • The history, rescue, and transport of the iconic Lyford House.
  • Tiburon's "Goat Lady," who donated her valuable acres which became the Richardson Bay Audubon Center.

The showing is free and open to the public.
