In this class, led by AI expert Bridget Burke, we will explore how advanced tools like wearables and AI companions are transforming the way we manage our health.

Ever find yourself wondering how smartwatches seem to know more about your health than you do? Or maybe you’ve heard about those futuristic AI buddies that can chat with you like an old friend, remind you to get off the couch for a walk, take your meds, or even lift your spirits with a pep talk when you’re feeling down? If you’re curious about how all this works and how it can help you—you’re in the right place!

Bridget’s here to show you how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can team up with those trusty health tools you already know and love, helping you feel your best every day. Expect hands-on activities, plenty of laughs, and real, practical tips you can start using right away.

So, if you’re up for an engaging, interactive adventure into how to stay on top of your health with a blend of AI smarts and classic methods, this class is for you. Come ready to learn, laugh, and leave with a fresh outlook on taking care of yourself!
