Are you lost in the maze of college applications, standardized tests and essays? Join the webinar to learn how to navigate college admissions from local experts!

Join our presenters online for an informational discussion of several aspects of the college admissions process, including SAT & ACT testing, applications, essays, deadlines and timelines.

Each speaker will present their area of expertise and take questions from the audience.

High school students, parents/guardians, educators, and counselors are invited to attend.

The webinar will begin at 10:30 a.m. and end at 12 p.m.

Michelle Baird, Samara College Advising

With over a decade of experience in Bay Area independent schools, Michelle Baird, an educator and certified college counselor, has worked successfully with hundreds of high school students and their parents to create clear pathways to college success and beyond, working closely with students and families to develop their unique abilities, interests and goals in the college admissions process. From course selection to essay-writing and list-building, Michelle supports all areas of academic and personal development.


Adam Piacente, Marin SAT Prep

With over 20 years of experience, Adam Piacente, founder of Marin SAT Prep has personally helped over 800 high school students achieve their highest potential, overcome test anxiety and learn great test-taking strategies, resulting in high scores, increased confidence, and greater opportunities in higher education. Adam helps each student choose the right test for their learning style and understand the complex scoring system and up-to-date changes implemented by the College Board.
