In today’s increasingly complex world, it can sometimes feel as if we’re living in a constant state of chronic stress.

In this interactive presentation, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) expert Leonard Capozzi will explore the dynamics of stress and stress reduction, and the ways in which mindfulness practice can be of support in learning to effectively manage stress.

The presentation will include an opportunity to experience mindfulness practice first-hand and will give participants some practical tools to foster more peace and balance in their lives.
