New Space for Teens

Currently teens compete with all other library users, often gathering in corners and on the floor. The new teen space, designed for 30+ students, will foster collaboration, creativity, and community engagement.

The Quiet Zone

This area will provide increased shelving for new print materials, group study tables, and access to digital resources and technology.

The Creative Zone

This area will provide space for enhanced programming and club participation, like writing workshops, comic book creation, book and movie discussion groups, college readiness instruction, gaming tournaments, and hands-on STEAM activities, as well as an inviting and inclusive place to meet daily after school for homework and socializing.
