We’re building our on-call librarian team! If you love helping people, enjoy fast-paced public service, and are looking for flexible hours (especially evenings and weekends), consider joining us. On-call librarians help keep the Library running smoothly and are trained to handle tasks such as opening/closing, providing patron support, and performing core circulation and reference duties. This is a recruitment to develop an on-call list. On-call work is scheduled as needed and cannot exceed 19 hours per week. Applicants must be available during the Library's business hours, including evenings and weekends. On-Call Librarians will predominantly serve at the Information Desk but may be assigned to other units as needed, including the Children's Library and Teen Room.
Classification: Librarian I or Experienced Librarian
Hourly Range:
Librarian I $37.00 - $47.23
Experienced Librarian $41.11 - $52.47
