Creativity doesn’t always respond to force or effort. Sometimes it needs space. This workshop will guide you through breath exercises designed to help you access your creative spirit.

Creativity doesn’t always respond to force or effort. Sometimes it needs space. The breath is one of the simplest and most powerful tools we have for calming the nervous system, quieting mental chatter, and softening the grip of the analytical mind.

By creating a sense of safety and ease in the body, we can become more receptive to curiosity, intuition, and the kind of right-brain thinking where imagination, insight, and creative flow emerge more naturally.

In this session, artist  Shae Freeman will guide you through a few simple breathing practices designed to help open that door.
