Life Saving Skills Class

Join us for a life-saving skills class taught by Marin Medical Reserve Corps member Dr. Tom Cromwell.

The Monday and Tuesday sessions cover the same material. 

The life-saving skills class includes:

  • Chest compression cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
  • Stop the bleeding for acute hemorrhage 
  • Automatic external defibrillator (AED) 
  • Narcan (naloxone) for opioid overdose
  • Heimlich maneuver for chocking

No medical training is necessary. All ages are welcome.
