Specializing in the cuisines of the Mediterranean, Chef David Shalleck is the author of the acclaimed culinary travel memoir Mediterranean Summer. He is a chef-instructor on board the ships of Oceania Cruises at The Culinary Center.
He has been a culinary producer on numerous television series for well-known chefs such as Jacques Pépin and Jose Andrés. Adding fine dining, recipe, and food product development to his vast portfolio of experience, David’s career in the culinary business has spanned decades.
