In honor of Dolly Parton Day on 9/25, the Library is thrilled to launch Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library (DPIL) across our community!
Through this program, every child in Marin County from birth up to age 5 is eligible to receive a FREE, age-appropriate book mailed directly to their home every month—at absolutely no cost to families.
How It Works
- Who Can Register: Any child living in Marin County under 5 years old.
- What You Get: A brand-new, carefully selected book delivered monthly to your doorstep.
- The Cost: 100% Free!
This local launch is made possible through a collaboration between Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, Marin County Free Libraries (MCFL), MCFL Friends, First 5 Marin, Marin County Office of Education, Belvedere Tiburon Library, and the Belvedere Tiburon Library Foundation.
